Limited Edition Les Paul Special II Dr. Skull model is one of the eye-catchers, that`s for sure. Some will love it, some will hate it, but no one will remain indifferent. This one comes with a big white skull painted against the black base of the body. It is the only color scheme for this model and it is finished in high gloss. Pickups are open coil humbuckers with a basic controls unit and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Bridge section contains a tune-o-matic bridge in the front and a stoptail bar in the back. Solid, single-cut body is made of alder. It`s flat on top and has no binding. Bolt-on neck is made of mahogany and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

Not too many features but killer paint job Bought it used and it had been set up. I use it in my studio daily. Doesn't hold tuning for more than a session though. Got it for$ 250. I'd say it was a steal.
