Midnight Ebony
Prophecy is one of the tiers in Epiphone catalog, just like Studio, Custom and the others. Some certain models are available in Prophecy tier and it offers modernized looks and modernized tone. Prophecy EM-2 Custom FX is a solid, double-cut guitar with body made of basswood base and maple top. Top panel is made of quilted maple and it`s bound in white. Entire body is finished in high gloss and painted in cool Midnight Ebony. Bridge section is equipped with a double-locking Floyd Rose bridge with black paint over it. Epiphone`s own set of active humbuckers with black covers is installed in the front of the bridge. Bolt-on maple neck is equipped with a slim taper D contour in the back and topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
