Ultra is a special concept from Epiphone and it brings advanced electronics to the affordable section of the catalog. Pair of active humbuckers is installed on this model and they feature the standard controls unit made up of separate volume and tone knobs. Pickup switch is a three-way toggle. Besides these, Ultra III sports a Nanomag pickup hidden under the fingerboard. Ultra III has two standard 1/4" outputs and one MIDI output. Bridge section is a regular one, featuring tune-o-matic bridge with stoptail bar in the back. Body of this model is solid, single-cut and made of mahogany back with flame maple veneer. It is bound and finished in high gloss. Set mahogany neck has slim taper contour in the back and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

Love it , have a repair order in for the tuner but not a big deal. Would recommend!
