FRX is a line of wildly designed guitars and basses. It is made for the bold and audacious players, not for the meek.
E-II FRX FM is an upper-intermediate incarnation of the FRX concept. It comes with a solid and double-cut body with a heavily carved top (sculpted might be a better word). Back of the body is made of mahogany while the top is made of flamed maple. Set-through maple neck is equipped with the standard Thin U profile in the back and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on top.
EMG 89 in the bridge and 89R in the neck position give a more modern EMG tone with a slightly enhanced low end. Floyd Rose bridge and locking Gotoh tuners comprise the hardware section of this wild six-string.
