E-II range is produced in Japan, in ESP`s headquarters. Its models aim at serious musicians who are looking for a reliable pro-level guitar with which to take their musicianship to the next level.
E-II ST-2 Rosewood is made for the fans of the vintage Superstrat guitar, but with a rosewood instead of a maple fingerboard. All the classic features are there: the flat basswood body with a maple top (this time it`s quilt maple in Reindeer Blue and Emerald Green variants), bolted maple neck with ultra thin profile, a 22-fret fingerboard (rosewood variant, as it`s been mentioned previously), original Floyd Rose bridge with a locking nut 25-1/2 inches away (also the length of the scale), Gotoh tuners and marvelous Dimarzio ST2 Custom humbuckers with coil-splitting (push/pull switch on the master volume knob).
