HRF-NT is a basic model of the newly found HRF series which is a cross-breed between Forest and Horizon series. Starting models for this series, HRF-NT and HRF-NT II were uncovered at NAMM Show this year. HRF-NT is a solid, double cutaway guitar with a body made of mahogany. There is no top wood on this HRF, due to it`s position within the line, but the mahogany is carved and bound in white. Black is the only color option available for this model, and it comes with gloss finish. Pickguard is also omitted from the specs. The bridge department features a Gotoh-made tune-o-matic bridge with string-through-body construction. This bridge is, as is the rest of the hardware, plated in black nickel. Pickups on this HRF are a pair of active Seymour Duncan Blackout humbuckers. Controls for these pickups consist of a standard ESP setup of master volume, master tone and a three-way toggle. The neck is made of maple and equipped with a thin U contour and neck-through-body construction. The fingerboard is made of bound ebony and it sports 24 extra jumbo sized frets, offset rectangle inlays and 1.65" wide string nut.
