The popular EC series sold under the LTD brand is a budget-friendly version of the Eclipse series sold as ESP. EC models cover a wide range, spanning from beginner (EC-10/EC-50) to semi-professional (EC-1000) models. The 1000 series models offer serious quality and can even challenge some of the professional class axes out there. LTD EC-1008 Evertune comes in for 2018 with eight strings, Evertune bridge, 26-1/2" scale and EMG pickups. The color palette will be limited to Black w/black hardware, white binding, a matching headstock, and black plastics. Other notable features include a solid mahogany body, carved maple cap, a three-piece mahogany neck w/set-thru joint, a 24-fret ebony fingerboard, 81-8/60-8 pickups set, and Grover tuners.
