F models in the LTD side of the catalog are made for young and adventurous players who want a bold and loud guitar. F-50 is among the most basic six-stringers in this series and it`s main task is to attract young metalheads and players in search for a trusty and durable practice axe. Basswood body is combined with a bolted maple neck, a combo seen on hundreds of other budget-friendly models. Tone quality is pretty decent, considering the class and purpose of this model. ESP`s LH-150 humbuckers are packed with the series standard set of control knobs and switches. Behind them, ESP installs the classic tune-o-matic bridge with strings being anchored on the back of the body (famous string-through-body type of construction). Maple neck is bolted to the body and is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
