LTD KH-602 is basically very similar in appearance to the LTD KH-2 model, but it differs in one very important aspect - neck construction. LTD KH-2 has a bolt-on neck, while the KH-602 has neck-through-body construction. Also, it has a classic U contour in the back. It`s topped with a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood and decorated with skull & crossbones inlays. Active EMG humbuckers are installed on this model and they feature classic set of knobs and switches. Bridge section in the back is equipped with a Floyd Rose tremolo system. It`s paired with a locking string nut on the opposite side of the 25-1/2" scale. Body is solid, double-cut and made of alder. Body of this model is flat on the top.
