Viper series in the ESP/LTD catalog is a line of solid electric guitars with a modernized SG design and standard super heavy tone, characteristic for the ESP models. LTD side of this series is equipped with a wide range of six-stringers, ranging from beginner to intermediate class. Viper-100FM is on the verge between the lower intermediate and the true intermediate class. Body of this double-cut six-stringer is made of basswood and flamed maple and is paired with a bolted maple neck. See Thru Black Cherry and See Thru Black color schemes are both finished in gloss and fit with black nickel hardware. Pair of ESP LH-301 humbuckers is installed on the top of the body. Maple neck is traditionally combined with a rosewood fingerboard.
