MV series is one of the intermediate lines in the ESP Standard catalog. It aims primarily at the fans of the classic 1980s Superstrat/Soloist styling and tone. Models found in this series have solid and double-cut bodies, passive electronics and 24-fret fingerboards. MV-200 is a medium choice in the current lineup, being positioned well below the MV-300 and above the basic MV. Solid and double-cut body of this fast and sharp six-stringer is made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. See Thru Orange is the only color option available for this model. On the top, there`s the tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction and a pair of Duncan Designed humbuckers. Maple neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
