MV series in ESP Standard catalog is a line dedicated o the players who prefer the classic 1980s superstrat guitars with passive pickups and super fast necks. MV 220 is one of the intermediate models of the series. It comes with a solid and double-cut body with an offset waist and flat top. It`s made of alder (alder is the classic material used for the 1980s superstrat and soloist models) and paired with a maple neck. ESP offers this vintage six-stringer in Pearl White with gloss finish and black hardware. On the top, there`s a standard six-saddled Floyd Rose bridge (it`s matched with a locking nut on the opposite side of the neck) and Seymour Duncan passive pickups. maple neck is topped with a 24-fret fingerboard also made of maple.
