Anthrax guitarist Rob Caggiano is a long time fa and supporter of ESP guitars. For a long time now, one of his main stage weapons is a customized ESP Horizon model. But, as of 2012, this long lasting relationship grows and now includes two Caggiano`s signature models, LTD RC-600 and ESP Rob Caggiano Signature. Rob Caggiano Signature is a solid, double cutaway guitar with a carved top and elegant binding around it. It is made of Ash body, without a top wood, and maple neck, which is an ESP standard feature. This model is available only in see-thru purple color with gloss finish. In the bridge department, there are tune-o-matic bridge and a stoptail bar, a feature rarely seen on a Soloist shaped model. This guitar features a set of passive pickups, they are DiMarzio RC Custom in bridge and DiMarzio Air Norton in the neck position. Controls for these pickups consist of master volume, master tone and a five-position blade pickup switch. The neck is made of maple and is equipped with an ultra thin U contour and bolt-on neck. The ultra thin profile is signature series trademark feature. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and features 24 extra jumbo frets with a custom 12th fret inlay.
