ST-213 Ash Rosewood is a part of the new lineup of the ST series in LTD Distressed range. This intermediate Strat replica is one of the good ones out there. First of all, it comes with the famous ESP/LTD build quality and is made of high quality materials. Also, with the hardware and electronics it has, ST-213 Ash Rosewood can give even the upper intermediate models of the same orientation a good run for their money. As a vast majority of Strat series around the world, ST features alder as it`s primary body wood and swamp ash used on this one is the most common substitute (this is a nod to the classic Strats which were initially made of swamp ash in the early 1950s). Bridge unit is a synchronized tremolo bridge with string-through construction and chrome plating. ESP`s LS-120 pickups are installed in all three positions (bridge, middle and neck). Master volume, two tone knobs and a five-position blade switch complete the controls. Maple neck is thin and fast (thin U contour) and has a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on the top. 6 LTD tuning machines on the headstock complete the core specs list.
