The new Viper-400M is one of four novelties ESP introduced into the LTD Viper series this January. It is a 400-tier model and an intermediate class guitar. The main duties of this mighty six-stringer would include rehearsal, practice, small gigs, and home recording. Anything bigger than local clubs and pubs would be too much for this ferocious Viper. The color palette is limited to Natural w/satin finish, black hardware, bound neck/headstock. The main features include a solid and double-cut mahogany body (beveled top, set-in neck joint), a 3-piece mahogany neck (Thin U profile, smooth finish), a 24-fret fingerboard made of pau ferro (XJ frets, Flag inlays, 13.77" wide string nut, 24/75" scale), a two-piece hardtail bridge, Seymour Duncan pickups, and Grover tuners.
