Danny Gatton was one of the true legends of Telecaster and one of the best guitarists ever. Both Rolling Stone and Gibson have selected him among the top 100 guitarists of all time. His signature model from the Custom Shop is a solid, vintage-styled guitar made of ash body and maple neck. Body of this Tele is flat on top and has a classic plastic pickguard. Frost Gold and Honey Blonde are the only color options available for this model. Combined nickel/chrome hardware is installed on this six-string axe. Classic three-saddle Tele bridge is featured on the top and it is fronted by a pair of passive single-coils. Bridge pickup is slanted. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it is fit with 21-fret maple fingerboard.
