Heavy Relic Strats and Teles from the Time Machine series are very special guitars. They are made with the same machines and tools which were used to make their originals back in 1950s and 1960s. Also, Time Machine Teles and Strats come in four variants: NOS (New Old Stock), Closet Classic, Relic and Heavy Relic. NOS models are brand new, CC guitars are almost new (the idea is that they`ve been preserved over the years and haven`t seen much action), Relics are worn and played a lot, while the Heavy Relics look as if they`ve been in constant and heavy use over the decades. Time Machine '68 Heavy Relic Stratocaster comes with a solid, double-cut alder body, bolted maple neck, vintage tremolo bridge, three single-coil pickups with vintage tone and 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.
