Despite having a dedicated `50s Strat model within the Classic Player series lineup, Fender has decided to launch a very special 60th Anniversary Classic Player `50s Stratocaster for all the players who can`t get enough of that magical 1950s vibe. It is a very handsome six-stringer with supremely elegant styling and vintage design. Gold-plated aluminum pickguard, gold-plated bridge, tuners, strap buttons, screws and output jack cover fit perfectly with the classy Desert Sand paint job on the body. Body is made of the finest alder and is paired with a V-shaped maple neck. Set of Original `57/`62 Single-Coil Strat pickups with a standard Strat controls unit is installed on the top. Behind these wonderful pickups, a two-point synchronized trem bridge is installed. 21-fret maple fingerboard and vintage Fender tuners wrap the specs list.
