American Original Electric Guitars by Fender
American Original Electric Guitars by Fender
Fender`s appearance at 2018 NAMM was marked by the introduction of an all-new range - American Original. The main characteristics of this range, which features both electric guitars and electric basses, include period-correct hardware and electronics. Also, all models sport period-correct tonewood combinations and color options. American Original `50s Telecaster belongs to the electric guitar section of the new series. It is available in Butterscotch Blonde, like its early-50s ancestors. Main construction features include a solid and flat body made of ash (black pickguard, no binding), U-shaped maple neck (1952 profile, bolt-on joint, gloss finish), a 21-fret maple fingerboard (vintage tall frets, black dot inlays, 1.65" slotted nut, 25.5" scale), a 3-saddle Tele bridge (brass barrel saddles), Pure Vintage Tele pickups, and vintage-styled Fender tuners.
