The Player Series Electric Guitars by Fender
The Player Series Electric Guitars by Fender
The brand new Player series comes in with nineteen new models, twelve guitars and seven basses. Among the electrics, three spots are reserved for Telecaster (as opposed to seven Stratocaster models). The main difference between the Player models and the vast majority of budget-oriented Fender models is that the Player six-stringers have the famous 22nd fret. Player Telecaster is the basic, standard Tele option. It comes with a solid, single-cut body (made of alder), regular four-bolt neck joint, in-house electronics (a pair of Alnico 5 Tele single-coils), and stock hardware. Player Telecaster also sports a wide and vibrant color palette. Other notable features include a maple neck (modern C profile), 22-fret fingerboard (maple and pau ferro options are available), modern Tele bridge, and die-cast tuning machines.
