Discontinued Models Electric Guitars by Framus
Camarillo Custom models are envisioned as high-end alternatives to other brand`s soloist-shaped guitars with hefty price tags. This seven-stringed Camarillo comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of swamp ash back and carved flame maple top. The top is equipped with creme binding, but has no pickguards. The bridge section features a tune-o-matic with a stoptail bar and chrome plating. In the pickups area, Framus went for Seymour Duncan active humbuckers as opposed to usual EMG active and DiMarzio passive pickups on soloist-shaped models. Neck on this Camarillo is made of ovangkol and attached to the body with a bolt-in joint. The fingerboard is made of tigerstripe ebony and equipped with 22 jumbo sized frets. 25-1/2" scale, Framus tuners and gloss finish wrap the specs for this model.
