Panthera series models in Framus catalog draw their looks from the legendary Telecaster and represent the brands views how the modern single cutaway guitar should look and play like. This is the basic model of the line and it comes with a solid, single cutaway mahogany body. This body is paired with a set-in mahogany neck. Upon this neck a rosewood fingerboard is installed and it includes 22 medium-sized frets, dot position inlays and 1.69" wide black TUSQ string nut. The bridge on this model is a tune-o-matic with a stoptail bar. In the pickups area Framus chose to install Seymour Duncans. SH-4JB is placed in the bridge and SH-2 Jazz in the neck position. They are controlled with master volume, master tone and three-way toggle switch. Panthera also has push-pull coil splitting system.
