The youngest of Fret King`s four lines of guitars, Black Label was introduced at 2012 NAMM Show and immediately started turning heads everywhere. IT`s blend of high end features on affordable instruments. 12 models are currently listed in the line up, with Corona GW being among the best ones. It is a signature model for Geoff Whitehorn, and it starts off with a solid, double cutaway body fashioned after Stratocaster and made of solid alder. Corona GW features no bindings, or top woods. Tortoise pickguard is placed upon the top and it covers a large portion of the top. Corona GW is available in cream white with gloss finish. The Bridge is a Strat-like tremolo made by Wilkinson with string-through construction. It also features chrome plating. In the pickups department, Wilkinson supplies bridge humbucker, regular single coil in the middle position and a Wilkinson P-90 in the neck. Controls are: master volume, two tones with push-pull switches and a five-position blade switch. The neck is made of Canadian hard rock maple with a rosewood fingerboard. The fingerboard is equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets, dot position inlays, 10" radius and graphite nut. 25-1/2" scale and Wilkinson tuners wrap the story.
