1960 Les Paul Special Single Cutaway VOS is one of the more affordable Gibson Custom Les Pauls with the MSRP being set at $3,527. In 1960s Les Paul models were mostly made with humbucking pickups, which became an instant hit in the late 1950s. But, this Les Paul Special managed to survive with P-90s and today Les Paul Custom pays tribute to this legendary LP. Mahogany body is paired with mahogany neck through a set-in joint. Neck is equipped with '60s contour and gloss finish. On it`s top Gibson Custom installs a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Dot inlays and 1-11/16" corian nut complete the fingerboard. Bridge section on this one is standard and it features tune-o-matic bridge with stoptail bar.
