ES Electric Guitars by Gibson Custom
ES-335 has a reputation of the most popular semi-acoustic on the market. It became an instant hit back when it was introduced, in the late 1950s. Many blues and jazz guitarists played it and Alvin Lee is most certainly one of the most prominent among them. This is a tribute model to Mr. Lee and it comes with a semi-acoustic body made of mahogany. Mahogany gives particularly strong and warm tone to ES models. Creme binding, high gloss finish over Ebony and Cherry color schemes and a pickguard decorate the body. Standard bridge section has a tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail bar. Classic '57 humbuckers are installed in their front. Set mahogany neck has '60s contour and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

It does what it does. Listen to alvin lee and larry carlton and you'll see why they use this guitar.
