Silverburst
Silverburst is becoming more and more popular as the color option on Gibson`s models, it is a sort of a new Goldtop. Gibson is mixing Silverburst with other color schemes, as well as releasing it as a separate model. Les Paul Studio has got it`s Silverburst model, as well. This one comes with a solid, single-cut body made of mahogany base and plain maple top. Plain maple was used on earlier LPs and since the introduction of flame and quilt maple, it took over the affordable section of LP series. Two-piece bridge is made up of a tune-o-matic in the front and a stoptail bar in the back. Neck on this one is made of mahogany and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
