Midtown Custom is the flagship of the Midtown series of semi-acoustic guitars made by Gibson. This model comes with a double-cut body with arched top and set in neck construction. Body of the Midtown Custom is made of mahogany back and sides and maple top. Top panel is bound in creme binding and carved with a pair of "f" holes. Custom also features a black pickguard on top. Vintage Sunburst, Heritage Cherry Sunburst, Ebony and Antique Natural comprise the color palette for this model. Bridge section is made up of tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar in the back. Classic'57 humbuckers are featured in the front. Neck is made of mahogany and equipped with slim taper contour. Fingerboard is made of black richlite and it features 22 medium jumbo frets.
