Session series deals with vintage-styled guitars with versatile tone and Godin`s own hardware (sometimes the electronics are also Godin). Currently, there are three models in the series` lineup and the Tripleplay is its most advanced and versatile offering.
Session Custom Tripleplay rocks a single-cut basswood (Canadian basswood) body with a beveled top and deep lower cutaway. Bolt-on maple neck is equipped with a standard 22-fret fingerboard on top (both rosewood and maple versions are available). Tripleplay comes in Black HG and Lightburst HG color schemes.
Fishman Tripleplay system includes a hexaphonic pickup squeezed in between the Tru Loc tremolo bridge (Godin`s own patent) and Godin Custom Cajun slanted single-coil pickup. Tripleplay also features its own controls next to the standard layout. Die-cast Godin tuners complete the specs list.
