Summit series is concentrated around solid-bodied (some of them feature chambered bases) electric guitars based on the classic 1950s Les Paul concept. All models featured in the lineup come in with set-in necks, 24-3/4" scales, passive electronics (either Godin or Seymour Duncan, sometimes combined), and classic controls layouts (reduced or full LP layout). Summit Classic Cherryburst HG is one of the dual-humbucker models. It comes with a chambered and single-cut body (made of Spanish cedar base and carved maple cap), set-in neck construction, premium hardware, and passive Seymour Duncan pickups (`59 SH-1b in the bridge, APH-1n in the neck). Cherryburst (w/gloss finish, aluminum hardware, black headstock) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a maple neck, 22-fret richlite fingerboard, two-piece hardtail bridge, and die-cast tuners.
