The Gretsch Guitars` lineup for 2018 will feature more than 20 new models, divided between all the major ranges and segments of the catalog. Electric, acoustic, as well as bass models, were introduced at NAMM this January. Of course, the majority of novelties went to the six-string electric section, with G5220LH Electromatic Jet BT Single-Cut w/V Stoptail Left-Handed being one of Electromatic Collection models. The new lefty will be available in Dark Cherry Metallic and will boast a price tag of $739 (MSRP). Main construction features include a mahogany/maple body (chambered base, laminated and arched top, white binding, metallic pickguard), a mahogany neck (gloss finish, U profile), a 22-fret black walnut fingerboard (1.6875" nut, 24.6" scale, 12" radius), a two-piece hardtail bridge (V stoptail), Broad`Tron pickups (w/classic Gretsch controls unit), and die-cast tuners.
