Player`s Edition is a segment of the Professional Collection, dedicated to the professional, performing musicians. Some of the series-specific appointments featured on all PE models are string-thru Bigsby tailpieces, strap locks, locking tuners, Squeezebox P10 capacitors, no-load tone pots, as well as High Sensitive Filter`Tron pickups. G6118T-LIV Players Edition Anniversary comes in at around $3,000 mark (which is pretty affordable in terms of Professional Collection) and offers a fully hollow Anniversary body, set-in neck (w/24-3/5" scale), chrome hardware, and classic Gretsch styling. Lotus Ivory/Charcoal Black is the only available color option. Laminated maple body, solid maple neck, and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard make up the core of this mighty rocker. Other notable features include ML bracing (made of spruce), Bigsby vibrato bridge, and Grover`s Imperial tuners.
