G6136 Falcon is a brand new Limited Edition model situated in the prestigious Professional Collection series. It is a beautiful archtop guitar with a fully hollow body with the classic Gretsch single-cut design and lavish styling. G6136 comes with a full-sized body with arched top and set in neck joint. Also, it features the traditional 1959 Trestle bracing. There`s only one color option available for this model, gorgeous Creme de Marine. It comes with polyurethane finish. Top is decorated with elegant gold binding, over-sized "f" holes and a gold-colored plexi pickguard with a Falcon inlay. Bridge section can be classified as one of the more complex bridge units. Ebony-based roller bridge is backed up by a Bigsby vibrato bar with a trapezoid tailpiece. Pickups unit in the front is a standard one, it is made up of a pair of High Sensitive Filtertron humbuckers with an elaborate controls unit. Two volume knobs, one tone knob, three-way toggle switch and a pair of mini-switches comprise it. Three-piece maple neck is set in and rocks a fast and smooth ebony fingerboard on the top. 22 frets with Thumbnail inlays and 1-11/16" wide synthetic bone nut complete the fingerboard.
