Professional musicians are often forced to upgrade their already expensive equipment with aftermarket parts because their expensive instruments just can`t put up with rigorous touring schedules. To prevent that from happening and save the musicians money and nerves, Gretsch has come up with the Player`s Edition, a performance-oriented segment of the Professional Collection. G6136T-WHT Player`s Edition Falcon comes in at $4,849 and brings a single-cut Falcon body, standard 25-1/2" scale, High Sensitive Filter`Tron pickups, string-thru Bigsby tailpiece, strap locks, locking tuners, Squeezebox P10 capacitors, and no-load tone pot. White (w/gold hardware, gold binding, gloss finish, gold pickguard) is the only available color option. Major construction features include laminated maple body, solid maple neck, 22-fret ebony fingerboard, rocking bar/Bigsby bridge, and Grover Imperial tuners.
