Heritage Guitars H-137 Second Edition
Solid Body Electric Guitars by Heritage Guitars
Solid Body Electric Guitars by Heritage Guitars
Heritage Guitars have been founded in 1985 by former employees of Gibson Guitars who have decided to go back to Kalamazoo and revamp the original Gibson factory. Ever since Heritage has been dealing with boutique level hollow, semi-hollow and solid guitars.
H-137 Second Edition is a Solid Body series model. It comes with a compact single-cut body, made of solid mahogany. There is no curly maple top, no binding and no pickguard. The neck is made of mahogany, just like the body and it features a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (dot inlays, 12" radius, bone nut). 137 Second Ed shares the pickups with the regular 137, which means Lollar P-90s in bridge and neck, with a slightly reduced controls unit. Wrap around bridge and closed tuners complete the specs list.
