Hollow Body Laminated Electric Guitars by Heritage Guitars
KB Groove Master is a luxurious signature model made for Kenny Burrell; it is currently Heritage`s only signature model in the Hollow Body - Laminated range. Classic ES single-cut design, classic jazz/blues tone from a neck pickup and lightweight laminated construction cost somewhere around $2,500.
KB Groove master starts off with a single-cut hollow body (16" wide, 20-1/4" long, 2-3/4" thick) made of curly maple. Top and back are laminated, while the sides are solid. Creme binding, bound "f" holes and detachable pickguard grace the body. Solid mahogany neck is glued to the body and sports a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Lone Seymour Duncan humbucker in neck position brings a vintage tone, perfect for jazz and blues. Other major features include a Tone Pros bridge and closed tuners.
