GRX series is a part of the famous GIO segment of the Ibanez catalog. GIO is a range of beginner and lower intermediate guitars and basses made for younger players and those with less experience. GRX are double-cut electric guitars based on the RG Tremolo and RG Fixed series. GRX90 is a solid and double-cut guitar with a body made of basswood base and quilted maple top. Flat-top body of this lower intermediate six-stringer is available in Transparent Blue sunburst, Transparent Black Sunburst and Transparent Red Sunburst. All three are finished in gloss and fit with chrome hardware. Non-locking tremolo bridge and a set of three pickups in the H/S/H pattern are installed on the top. Maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
