RG1027PBF is an RG guitar of the Premium class. It was introduced into the catalog at 2017 NAMM, along with the rest of the electric and acoustic novelties. Fixed bridge, seven-string construction, mighty DiMarzio pickups and 11-piece neck set this beauty apart from similarly-priced seven-stringers out there. The body of this jaw-dropping RG is made of American basswood back and poplar burl top (available only in seductive Cerulean Blue Burst). It is coupled with the most advanced neck in RG`s three decade-long history (11-piece neck made of wenge, maple, bubinga and purple heart, equipped with Wizard 7 profile). 24-fret wenge fingerboard tops the neck. DiMarzio`s PAF 7 humbuckers, 7-saddled Tight End bridge and Ibanez tuners complete the list of major features.
