RG Tremolo Electric Guitars by Ibanez
RG450DX is the successor of the famous and world-wide popular RG350DX model. It was introduced at the NAMM show earlier this year, along with other Ibanez novelties. Standard set of features includes a flat, solid body made with deep double-cut. Body is made of solid basswood in it`s entirety and features contoured back for improved comfort of play. There is no binding and there is no top wood cover, as this one follows the RG philosophy of no nonsense design. However, there is a standard plastic pickguard on the top. Black is the only color scheme for this one and it is finished in high gloss. Bridge is a famous Edge Zero-II bridge, and it represents the biggest difference when compared to RG350DX model, which had Edge III bridge. Pickups are from the Infinity series. They`re passive and feature standard controls unit. Three-piece maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a standard 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Hardware is black on RG450DX.
