The new 2018 RG range lineup features several new (or updated) Premium class models, including the beautiful RG950FMZ. It comes in Tiger Eye (w/gloss finish, Cosmo Black hardware, matching headstock veneer made of flame maple, white binding). The pricing details haven`t been yet disclosed at the moment of the writing of this review. Core construction features include a solid and double-cut RG body (American basswood base, flame maple top, black pickguard), an 11-piece panga panga/maple/walnut/purpleheart neck, a 24-fret fingerboard made of panga panga, a double-locking Edge Zero II bridge, DiMarzio pickups, and Gotoh Magnum tuners.
