This budget-priced Ibanez is a GREAT and reliable road warrior. I've had it on the road with me now for a couple years and I'm very impressed. It's pretty, sounds good, and has a highly playable 24-fret neck with decent-sounding pick-ups. Not the greatest/solid neck. It doesn't appreciate my string gauge of .010 - .052. My main decision in buying this guitar was that I became frustrated with dragging out guitars that cost $2k or more to a gig in a bar where ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. It seems to hurt less when I ding or scratch a $400 guitar. Thus, the reason why I think it is the great road guitar if you don't need a tremolo.
