RGT42DX is a model from the RGT series and it comes with a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany back and maple top. This combination is the most frequent with two-wood bodies on solid electric guitars. It is the combo, which made the LP guitars famous in the early days. RGT42DX is equipped with a flat top and contoured back. Black Pearl, Pearl White, Iron Pewter and Iron Pewter Flat are color options available for this model. All, except Iron Pewter Flat are finished in gloss. Edge double locking tremolo is installed in the bridge section and it`s fronted with a pair of "Ibanez designed by EMG" humbuckers. They have master volume, master tone and a three-position blade switch. Five-piece maple neck has Wizard contour in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top.
