SZ320EX is one atypical model for the S series, in which it is situated. Unlike the rest of the models, this one features a fixed bridge. Bridge section features a tune-o-matic bridge with strings running through the body behind it. Each string has it`s own designated cavity. Bridge is plated in chrome and so is the rest of the hardware on this six-stringer. Body is solid, double-cut and made entirely of mahogany. It`s carved on both the back and top sides and it sports a generally thin profile. It`s paired with a standard three-piece maple neck, with which it`s connected via the bolt-on joint. Neck is topped with a regular 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood. Humbuckers are Ibanez Duncan.
