Dinky, though probably not one of the most metal names for a guitar in history, is also, quite probably, one of the most successful metal guitars in history. It is one of the premier series in the standard Jackson catalog. DK2FS is one of the lower priced Dinky models with a hot 1980s styling and construction. Solid and flat body of this model is made of alder back and flamed maple top. Several gloss-finished color options are available for this model and they`re all countered with chrome hardware. Licensed Floyd Rose bridge and a set of three passive Duncan Designed pickups are installed on the top. Standard controls unit is reinforced with a Firestorm boost switch. Super fast maple neck is bolted to the body and topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
