JS series is the opening series of Jackson`s catalog; it houses the beginner models and, as of recently, a line of short-scaled axes. Dinky is the series most populous segment, featuring six, seven and even eight-string options. JS Series Dinky Archtop JS32-8 DKA is perfect for players who want to expand into eight-string territory, but have a limited budget (or don`t want to invest big bucks). Solid and carved poplar body, bolt-on maple neck (slim profile, one-piece construction) and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (Piranha inlays, compound 12"-16" radius, jumbo frets, 26-1/2" scale) comprise the base of this ferocious giant. Satin Black is the only available color option. Major hardware and electronics features include a string-through hardtail bridge, die-cast Jackson tuners and High Output 8-String Humbucking pickups (also Jackson).
