Jackson`s Soloist models serve as the industry standard and archetypal shred guitars. These are solid, double-cut guitars usually made of alder body and bolt-on maple neck. 24-fret fingerboards and trem bridges are also among the essentials. JS1R Dinky is one pretty much standard soloist guitar. It comes with a solid, flat-top alder body with super deep double cutaway. Back of the body is contoured to improve the playing comfort. JS1R is equipped with a non-locking trem bridge with string-through-body construction. Pickups configuration is H/H and the combo is made up of Jackson`s JE10 humbuckers. Bolt-on neck is made of maple and it features the wide thin contour in the back. 22-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood and it has compound 12"-16" radius.
