Deep Blue
Kelly Standard is an intermediate model from the Kelly series in the Professional segment of the Jackson catalog. This Kelly is one of five models in the current lineup, ranking below the Kelly Pro and XLR. Kelly Standard features a standard Kelly body made of poplar. Jackson uses alder on the upscale models, while the lower series, like Professional get poplar, basswood, cedar and ash bodies. Poplar and basswood are the most popular substitutes. This six-string Kelly is available only in black with high gloss finish and black hardware. Bridge section on this model includes a licensed Floyd Rose tremolo bridge. In it`s front, Jackson installs a pair of their own passive humbuckers. Bolt-on maple neck is topped with a standard 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
