Chris Broderick of the Act of Defiance is considered one of the premier exponents of modern metal virtuoso players. His eclectic style includes crushing riffs in the low register, memorable melodies, and technically intricate lead work. He`s been a Jackson signature artist for years and his 2018 series will feature a pair of new Pro class models, including this one. Main features include an offset Soloist body w/neck-through-body construction, passive electronics, super fast neck, and Jackson hardware. Metallic Black and Metallic Blue options exist and both have the $1,292.50 price tag (MSRP). Other notable features include solid mahogany body wings, one-piece maple neck, 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood (1.875" nut, 25.5" scale, side dot inlays), Jackson`s individual-saddle bridge, DiMarzio CB-7 pickups (Chris`s signature model), and Jackson tuners.
