Stealth HX is one of three current models making up the Stealth series lineup. This series was made for all the '80s enthusiasts still hung up on old school shred metal. All three models come with vintage styling and tone. Body of Stealth HX is solid, flat on top and made of basswood. Basswood is used instead of alder on this model and in combination with Jackson pickups, it gives that '80s tone which made shred metal popular. X is available only in black color with glossy finish and black hardware. Bridge section on this model features a tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction. J-75 humbuckers with open-coil design are featured in all three positions. Bolted maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
