CS624 is the single-cutaway counterpart to California series` CT624 double-cut model. They`re both (and their respective variants) inspired by PRS`s single and double-cut renditions of Gibson`s LP. 25" scales, set necks and carved tops are present throughout the California series. CS624 starts at $1,499 and the basic variant offers a solid, unpainted mahogany base and AAAA flamed maple top (flamed and quilted maple, koa, spalted and burled maple are also available top options). Mahogany is the default neck material; the neck is glued to the body (runs 5" into the body) and is topped with a 24-fret ebony (rosewood, maple, zebrawood, etc) fingerboard. In case a player does not like/want Lithium pickups, Kiesel offers S22, M22 and H22 sets. Selection of bridge options includes: string-through TOM (standard) TOM/stoptail, Wilkinson trem and Floyd Rose. All CS624 models come with Kiesel tuners.
