Pacer is a vintage-styled series based on the classic `80s Superstrat concept popular among the shred and glam metal players. Current series also infuses some modern features and construction solutions.
Ltd. Edition 2015 Pacer Vintage comes with a solid and double-cut body made entirely of maple (a pretty common occurrence back in the `80s as maple gives a bright, edgy tone). The neck is also made of maple. It is bolted to the body and has a slim taper profile in the back. 22-fret maple fingerboard with a locking nut and black dot inlays completes the all-maple roster of tonewoods.
Pickups section is loaded with a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers - JB in the bridge and JN in the neck position. Floyd Rose bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.

Nice Guitar. Plays great and the quality is pretty damn good for the price range. The setup was great right out of the box. The case was top quality and a great addition to the guitar. Playability is above average for sure. The string action is low and the neck is smooth and fast. My only complaint about the guitar is that the pickups don't seem as hot as my other guitars with the same SD set. Not sure if it has something to do with the wood or the wiring. Overall a very nice guitar and I plan to keep it for a long time.
